What happens after you buy

1. You get an intake form and a one-page statement of work the same day.
2. We confirm scope on a short call, then build.
3. Typical delivery: 5 to 7 business days from the day we have your access and content.

If you don't already have a payment processing account, add 1 to 3 business days for that provider's approval — that step belongs to them, not us.

What's not included

Domain, hosting, software subscriptions, and payment-processing fees are billed to you directly by those providers. Additional pages, extra appointment types, logo design, photography, site or data migrations, and ongoing marketing are excluded and quoted separately.

You own every account — we build inside your systems, not ours, so nothing is held hostage later. One-time fee, not a deposit. Delivered remotely — nothing is shipped and no mailing address is required.

Scheduling and ordering: Work is scheduled Monday through Thursday and Friday mornings, Eastern Time. Nothing is scheduled or delivered from Friday sundown through Saturday sundown, and this store does not accept orders or payments during that time.
